Practical demonstration of Sponge-Jet technology

On 8 October 2025, we held a professional presentation of abrasive blasting using Sponge-Jet technology at the CORROTECH ENGINEERING premises in Komořany near Most. The aim of this practical demonstration was to present the advantages of this innovative surface treatment method in real operation and to allow participants to interact directly with the technology.

Sponge-Jet is an advanced dry, low-dust abrasive blasting system that uses a special medium – abrasive particles bound in a flexible sponge-like matrix. When it hits the surface, the media flattens, the abrasive cleans the surface, and at the same time the sponge creates a vacuum that traps dust and dirt. This makes the process significantly cleaner, safer and gentler than traditional methods.

In addition to the demonstration of the technology in practice, customers appreciated the opportunity to discuss the application of the technology in their specific operations.
