DEFELSKO® certified calibration metal blocks and certified polystyrene blocks are ideal for verifying the accuracy and operation of coating thickness gauges and are an important part of meeting ISO requirements and internal quality control. Detail description

DEFELSKO® certified plastic films provide an economical alternative to coated metal blocks. They have a reduced accuracy of ±2 µm (±0.08 mil). The Coating Thickness Meter measures the thickness of the pad when the pad is placed on a smooth metal surface (zero plate).

Features:

  • each pad is wrapped in protective packaging
  • a calibration certificate proving PTB compliance is included with each pad or pad set
  • certified and marked in metric and imperial units

  • orange - 25 μm (1 mil)
  • red - 50 μm (2 mil)
  • green - 75 μm (3 mil)
  • blue - 125 μm (5 mil)
  • brown - 250 μm (10 mil)
  • Yellow - 500 μm (20 mil)
  • white - 1000 μm (40 mil)
  • Black - 1500 μm (60 mil)

Accuracy: ±2 μm (±0.08 mil)
