Glass spherical grit in fraction is a safe blasting material suitable for blasting wood, cleaning natural stone facades as well as steel substrates. When working with it, it does not release hazardous substances and leaves no discoloration on the surface. It can serve as a substitute for the health hazardous silica sand. The advantage of blasting with crushed glass is the good visibility during the process, thus reducing the number of subsequent repairs and the time efficiency of the process.

Fraction GGR1 - grain size 1 000 µm. Other grits can be supplied on request.

Appearance: white - transparent
Chemical composition: SiO2: 65-75%; CaO: 8-9%; MgO: 3-4%; Na2O: 13-14%; K2O: 0.1-0.4%
The shape of the grain: sharp-edged
Hardness: 6 Mohs
