Size

The AIRBLAST® ASB series of tungsten-carbide lined venturi nozzles are designed for Spinnerblast rotary shot blast machines and have been engineered to provide maximum blasting speed, uniform abrasive distribution and lifetime efficiency. The size of the nozzle diameter determines the cleaning speed, abrasive consumption and air consumption. When selecting a nozzle, you should take into account the desired cleaning speed, the available compressed air, the size of the blast vessel and the internal diameter of the pipe. In most operations, a nozzle with a diameter of 8 mm or 9.5 mm is used.
