Interconnected blasting pressure vessels GRITCO® BM-CONTINUOUS SERIES. In order to achieve continuous blasting, the industry uses so-called. double chamber blast vessels. These types of blasting equipment often have problems such as: building height, accessibility of filling valves and pressure instability when refilling abrasive from the upper to the lower pressure vessel. To achieve continuous blasting without any of these problems, Gritco Equipment has developed a unique "continuous line". This series is based on two "standard" blast boilers, with interconnected metering valves. It is also possible to connect multiple abrasive outlets to connect two or more nozzles. Through an electro-pneumatic switchboard implemented by a programmable relay block (mini PLC), both blast boilers are operated for continuous blasting. Two blast vessels of 100 or 200 litres can be connected.
