The PosiTest PC Powder Checker non-contact powder paint thickness measurement device uses an ultrasonic method. It quickly measures the thickness of the applied powder and simultaneously determines the thickness of the final painted layer after curing using an algorithm. The colour graphic display and navigation for correct measurements make working with the PosiTest PC easy and fast. The instrumental measurement of powder coating thickness brings new possibilities for controlling and managing the operation of a powder coating plant. The result is not only faster inspection, but also material savings and improved process quality.
