The SPONGE-JET CVR-P110™ mobile suction unit reduces handling and labour costs. This continuous recycling and reloading system can save labor, time and money. Vacuums Sponge Media™ abrasives in the work area and automatically conveys them to the Sponge-Jet Recycler™. The first stage cyclone hopper remains under vacuum and separates the dust, waste from the sponge medium. The second stage of the hopper cycles from the vacuum to the surrounding environment, allowing the collected material to pass into the SPONGE-JET Recycler™ without interrupting the vacuuming process.
