The smallest GRACO® Merkur M2K high-pressure 2K spraying machine with pneumatic drive for productive processing of two-component solvent and waterborne paints. The optimal solution for all plants that regularly process 2K paints and varnishes without the requirement for frequent colour changes. The GRACO® Merkur M2K is a compact, easy to operate mechanical mixing and dosing device with a fixed mixing ratio determined by the proportional size of the stainless steel piston pumps A + B. The pumps are controlled by the proven Merkur air motor. The easy-to-use mixing module ensures precise mixing of both material components. The hardened mixture is fed through a material hose to the nozzle gun. When spraying is complete, only the mixer circuit, hose lengths and gun are flushed, resulting in huge savings on paint and flushing agents. At the same time, operator errors during tensioning are eliminated, the risk of poor flushing is minimized and the life of all spraying equipment components is extended.
