The PosiTector SST probe is designed to measure according to ISO 8502-6 and 8502-9 - Bresla's method. Displays the time required to determine the test, sample temperature, conductivity (µS/cm) and areal density mg/m2 or µg/m2. The help in the Ease 1-2-3 instrument will assist the user with the entire Bresle test.

In our geographical conditions, the SST probe is an excellent tool for the acceptance of parts to be coated during the winter months. Higher concentrations of salts in the air due to road salting during the winter months can have a negative effect on the transported materials and their subsequent surface treatment. The instrument guides you through the entire process of measuring the salt concentration on the surface using the Bresl method by following the instructions shown on the display. The instrument displays the test time, sample temperature, conductivity (µS/cm) and area concentration (mg/m2 or µg/cm 2 ). The probe is available individually or in kits with accessories (magnetic or self-adhesive chambers, DI water, cups, needles and syringes) for sample preparation. Accessories: certified conductivity standard, foam swabs (5pcs), instructions for use, NIST calibration certificate inserted with each probe.
