It integrates all SPONGE-JET™ components in an economical and flexible configuration installed in fixed locations. These systems are well suited for facilities that cannot accommodate expensive rooms with conventional abrasive blasting. Each unit is customised and configured to the end user's requirements. Integrated Sponge-Jet™ systems combine the three basic components of Sponge-Jet™ technology: the Sponge-Jet™ Feed Unit™ for feeding or blasting Sponge Media™ products. Sponge-Jet Recycler™ for cleaning and preparing Sponge Media for reuse. Vacuum or material handling system for recycling and transporting sponge media. A variety of standard and custom systems are available for different applications.
