Detailed description

The MAL® PJF 660 mobile filter unit is used wherever dust from blasting, grinding, cutting etc. is generated and as a supplement to mobile abrasive suction and recycling systems. The dust generated by the processes is drawn into the filter unit by means of a radial fan. The dust-containing air is evenly distributed over the filter inserts in the filter body and flows outwards from the inserts. Clean air flows through the filter cartridges, while the dust contained in the air mass cannot penetrate and sticks to the outside of the cartridges. After passing through additional filter cartridges M, the cleaned air is discharged into the open space. The dust falls through the collection hoppers into the dust container. The filter unit is suitable for cleaning dry air contaminated with dust.
